The events we support meet war game requirements from operational planners, US Navy fleet commanders, Joint Commanders, and Department of the Navy leadership to assist with force design, structure, operational planning, and employment decisions.

Planning
SAALEX provides subject matter expertise for scenario development in support of experiential war games used by naval planning courses, including the development of various briefing products which provide an increased depth of detail that enhances the learning experience for the students. Netsimco supports three different planning courses, which support all facets of the fleet staff, while also providing tailored support to a humanitarian response program, which engages with academia and other government agencies and NGOs. Our staff backgrounds provide robust expertise in major warfare areas of naval warfare, further adding to the experiential war games employed in the various planning course at the College of Maritime Operational Warfare (CMOW).

We work collaboratively with educators and learning management system (LMS) teams to produce engaging online courses using state-of-the-art digital media production technology to meet our customer’s learning objectives. Netsimco assists in course design and updates and leads technical assistance and resources for maximizing electronic platforms. Keeping abreast of online teaching technology, pedagogy, adult learning, and the latest in digital media and instructional design and delivery, we identify potential resources to improve our customer’s course development and enhance the learning process for students.
We enable the customer to provide economical distance education to military students at their home units and stations.
