Jodi joined Spalding Consulting in January of 2007. Mrs. Lias is responsible for project cost management and the processes of estimating, budgeting and controlling costs throughout the project life cycle, with the objective of keeping expenditures within the approved budget. Prior to joining Spalding Consulting, she was previously a Director at Eagan, McAllister and Associates, Inc. where she began her career in 1994. She holds a bachelor’s degree in political science from Westminster College and a Master of Business Administration from University of Maryland Global Campus.
