Kimberly Toy brings nearly 30 years of experience to the Saalex family, with her breadth of experience in the Financial, Operations, Business Administration, and Software Development industries in both Commercial and Government sectors. She has a proven track record of leadership in mission-critical operations supporting NAVAIR since 2008. With nearly three decades of hands-on experience in program delivery, she specializes in driving efficiency, fostering cross-functional collaboration, and aligning agile development with government priorities. Kimberly began her academic journey at California State University, Fresno, and has since built a career grounded in accountability, innovation, and operational excellence. Known for her ability to navigate complex technical environments, she brings both strategic oversight and a deep understanding of customer needs to every program she leads. In her off time, she spends countless hours cultivating seeds into gorgeous blooms and custom flower arrangement and bouquets. As a kidney patient, she volunteers with many non-profit organizations such as the IGA Nephropathy Foundation of America, The Kidney Fund, and The Kidney Foundation - advocating kidney care reform for those who cannot advocate for themselves.
