Reginald Adams leads Saalex’s capture management strategy, driving the company’s organic growth by aligning capture efforts with customer missions and core capabilities. With over two decades of experience in government contracting, he brings deep expertise in securing complex, high-tech programs across defense and national security sectors. Before joining Saalex, Reggie held leadership roles in the U.S. Army as an Aviation Officer and later advanced through operations, engineering, and program management positions at organizations including Kimberly-Clark, AT&T, SAIC, Bechtel, National Nuclear Security Administration, and Amentum. His work has supported initiatives ranging from weapons systems deployment and chemical agent disposal to nuclear nonproliferation and test range operations. Reggie holds a Bachelor of Science in Management from the United States Military Academy at West Point and an MBA in Marketing from Mercer University.
