Seble Kasa serves as Director of Pricing at Saalex, leading pricing strategy, cost development, and proposal estimating functions across the organization. With more than 20 years of experience in federal contracting and procurement, she oversees the full lifecycle of pricing operations, including compliant cost modeling, scalable process implementation, and audit-ready methodologies aligned with federal regulations and Saalex’s long-term objectives. Prior to Saalex, Seble held senior pricing leadership roles at Promethius Federal Services, Capgemini Government Solutions, and Booz Allen Hamilton, directing multimillion-dollar proposals for agencies including the VA, DoD, and Army while improving win rates and operational efficiency. A proven team builder and mentor, she has established best practices, introduced automation, and developed government-compliant cost estimating manuals and training programs. Seble holds an MS in Information Systems Technology with a concentration in Project Management from The George Washington University and a BS in Business Administration from Strayer University.
