Tamara Pennell is responsible for leading business development and proposal efforts ensuring alignment with the company’s capabilities, customer base, and strategic goals. She brings over 20 years of experience directing and providing business development and proposal expertise in the DoD contracting environment. Tamara is Project Management Professional (PMP) certified and has served as the program manager overseeing large scale DoD IT prime contracts for over 15 years. Tamara holds a Bachelor's degree in Information Systems Management as well as a Master’s degree in Management/Information Systems.
