(December 19, 2025) – Saalex Corporation, a leader in engineering, IT, and technical services for the aerospace, defense, and federal sectors, today announced it has been awarded the Missile Defense Agency (MDA) Scalable Homeland Innovative Enterprise Layered Defense (SHIELD) Multiple Award indefinite delivery/indefinite quantity (IDIQ) contract. This award represents a significant milestone for Saalex, with a contract ceiling of $151 billion and a period of performance extending through December 2035.
The SHIELD Multiple Award IDIQ encompasses a broad range of work areas and is designed to enable the rapid delivery of innovative capabilities to the warfighter with increased speed and agility. Under this contract, Saalex will have the opportunity to deliver mission-critical solutions that advance national defense objectives and support the evolving needs of the MDA.
