To kick off Small Business Week, Saalex Solutions, Inc. was awarded a Certificate of Appreciation from Kennedy Space Center (KSC) for their contributions to the Agency’s Small Business Program. KSC Small Business Specialist Joyce C. McDowell presented the award to Saalex President and CEO, Travis Mack, at the company’s Rockledge, Florida location. The presentation also included a tour of the facility and our Network Operation Center (NOC). Help Desk Technician James Lawson explained to the group of attendees how Saalex monitors over 750 endpoints for our clients to assist them with backup solutions and updates, all tracked through a real time ticketing system. Other members of the tour included A.I. Solutions Sr. Contracts Specialist Joellen Moore, Jacobs Contracts Administrator Colleen Gates, Boeing Small Business Liaison Officer Megan Quinn, Abacus Technology Procurement and Small Business Manager Mikell Hewell, and IMSS Contract Specialist Tasha Plasencia.
Saalex President/CEO, Travis Mack is enthusiastic about receiving this award and looks forward to continue contributing to the Kennedy Space Center efforts.
