Camarillo, California. – Saalex Solutions, Inc. has hired Retired U.S. Naval officer Aaron L. Cudnohufsky as its new Director of Programs. He will be responsible for managing all operational aspects of Saalex programs.
“Mr. Cudnohufsky brings extensive Test Range operational experience and leadership to our growing organization,” said Saalex Solutions President and CEO Travis Mack. “We are fortunate to have him onboard to support our strategic direction as Saalex continues to enhance its presence as a small-business leader in Range Operations and Maintenance.”
Cudnohufsky held numerous high-level positions during his 29 years as a naval officer, developing expertise in leadership, program management, team building, communications T&E/Training Ranges, and customer relations. He has a thorough understanding of government-industry collaborative environments.

In 2010, Cudnohufsky was appointed as Military Director of NAVAIR Ranges at Point Mugu. Prior to that, he served as Commanding Officer of the Pacific Missile Range Facility on the Hawaiian island of Kauai. He has also served as Executive Assistant to the Director of Navy Staff in Washington, D.C., and as Commanding Officer of a 10-aircraft carrier-based fighter squadron based in Virginia Beach, Va.
Cudnohufsky earned his MA in National Security and Strategic Studies from the Naval War College in Newport, R.I., his BS in Industry and Technology from Northern Michigan University, and an AA in Mechanical Design from Michigan Technological University. He has a Defense Acquisition University Level III qualification in Program Management, Test and Evaluation, and Systems Planning RD&E-System Engineering.
