(August 29, 2022) – Saalex is pleased to announce the appointment of Mr. Thomas Rossi as President of Netsimco, a wholly owned subsidiary and division of Saalex Corp.
Mr. Rossi is a proven business leader with over 30 years of documented leadership success. His organizational leadership is evidenced in his proven technical, product management, process improvement, and strategic business development skills. After a distinguished 20-year career as a Naval Officer which included command of a Destroyer, Tom served as a VP in Anteon Corporation (now GDIT); EVP and GM of Caton Connector Manufacturing; Director of Operations in SRI International; President and CEO of Hall Spars and Rigging; and Chief Operations Officer of Netsimco. He is extremely successful at leading high-performance teams in demanding environments with very limited resources. Mr. Rossi graduated from the United States Naval Academy in Annapolis, MD. With a BS degree in Engineering Resources Management and was the President’s Honor Graduate as he earned his master’s degree from the United States Naval War College in Newport, RI.

Mr. Rossi will be setting policies and strategic direction for the company, both for the near term and for the foreseeable future. It is his responsibility to ensure Netsimco follows its mission, policies and procedures that are in place, and is profitable.
