Memberships in the ONIX, NASC, and C5 OTAs Expand Saalex’s Flexible Acquisition Pathways Across Federal Civilian, Naval Aviation, and Cyber Mission Areas
Washington, D.C. (June 03, 2026) – Saalex Corporation, an Advanced Technology Systems Integrator for the aerospace, defense, and federal sectors, today announced its membership in three Other Transaction Authority (OTA) consortia: the Open National Innovation Exchange (ONIX), the Naval Aviation Systems Consortium (NASC), and the Consortium for Command, Control, and Communications in Cyberspace (C5).
OTA memberships allow government agencies to procure innovative technologies and mission solutions outside traditional acquisition processes, shortening the path from requirement to deployed capability. By joining these three consortia, Saalex strengthens its ability to deliver rapid, scalable solutions to the warfighter and to civilian and intelligence customers through vehicles built for speed and flexibility.

Through the Open National Innovation Exchange (ONIX) OTA, Saalex can quickly provide federal civilian, defense, and intelligence agencies with a fast, flexible pathway to access and accelerate innovative technologies and mission solutions, enabling the rapid execution of enterprise-scale initiatives.
As a member of the Naval Aviation Systems Consortium (NASC), Saalex supports Navy and NAVAIR customers with rapid solutions focused on naval aviation platforms, systems, software, and enabling technologies.
Through the Consortium for Command, Control, and Communications in Cyberspace (C5), Saalex contributes to a collaborative framework used across Department of War organizations and centered on C4ISR, cyber, software, data, and communications capabilities.
The new memberships reflect Saalex’s broader strategy to expand its access to flexible acquisition vehicles, and the company continues to pursue additional consortium memberships to better serve its government customers.
